Defence Minister of the Russian Federation Andrei Belousov congratulated the command and personnel of the 344th Motorised Rifle Regiment on liberation of Kamenka (Kharkov region).
'In the course of the special military operation, the regiment successfully completes combat tasks in Kupyansk direction demonstrating courage and selflessness,' says the telegram.
The Russian Defence Minister stressed that the 344th Motorised Rifle Regiment was confidently moving forward contributing to the advancement of the Zapad Group of Forces.
'For bravery, courage, more than 3,700 servicemen were presented with state awards and departmental insignias of the Russian Federation, and honourary distinctions,' said the Russian Defence Minister.
Andrei Belousov thanked the servicemen of the formation for successful performance of combat tasks and expressed confidence that they will continue to serve Russia with honour and ensure the State's security.
