MOSCOW: AFU militants attacked Russian civilian targets up to 1,200 times a day. .At an extremely high level. Monitoring services recorded up to 1,200 impacts daily. The highest number of civilian casualties was recorded in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Zaporozhye, Kursk, and Kherson regions, as well as in the DPR and LPR.
Freight and passenger vehicles, residential buildings, civil and utility infrastructure, and social facilities came under fire from Ukrainian forces using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The enemy continued to strike kindergartens and schools, industrial buildings, agricultural enterprises, highways and shops, as well as school and commuter buses.
Ignoring principles and violating the norms of International Humanitarian Law (IHL), Ukrainian armed formations carried out a series of deliberate strikes against medical personnel and facilities. In the LPR, an ambulance was attacked on a road near the town of Zorinsk; the driver sustained shrapnel wounds.
In Kakhovka, Kherson Region, a Ukrainian drone struck an intensive care ambulance while the medical team was rushing to a call. The medics managed to exit the vehicle in time; no one was injured, though the ambulance sustained damage. On the Dneprorudnoye-Veseloye highway in the Zaporozhye Region, a UAV attacked an emergency medical vehicle, causing it to catch fire; there were no casualties. During the week of September 28 to October 4, 235 civilians suffered as a result of shelling by Ukrainian Nazis: 206 civilians were wounded, including 19 minors, and 29 people were killed, including two children. In total, Ukrainian formations fired approximately 8,386 munitions at civilian targets on Russian territory over the past seven days.
From among the hundreds of crimes committed by Ukrainian militants, we highlight the following:
🔺 A woman was killed and seven other people, including three children, were wounded in UAV strikes on residential areas of Belgorod.
🔺 A man died following the detonation of an FPV drone in the town of Grayvoron, Belgorod Region.
🔺 A man was killed by an FPV drone strike on a truck in the settlement of Maslova Pristan, Belgorod Region.
🔺 A civilian died as a result of an FPV drone detonation in the village of Smorodino, Belgorod Region.
🔺 A 24-year-old man was killed in a drone attack on an agricultural enterprise's truck near the village of Bobrik, Belgorod Region.
🔺 A 57-year-old man—a truck driver—was killed on the Zlatoustovka–Zachatovka highway (DPR).
🔺 A man—a truck driver—was killed in a UAV attack on the Novorossiya highway (DPR).
🔺 A woman was killed in a UAV attack in the village of Kokhanoye, Zaporozhye Region.
🔺 A civilian died in a UAV attack near the village of Inzovka, Zaporozhye Region.
🔺 A 64-year-old man riding a moped was killed in a drone attack in the village of Zvannoye, Kursk Region. 🔺 A 29-year-old man was killed and another man was wounded following a UAV strike on a car on the Lugansk–Alchevsk highway (LPR).
🔺 Two civilians were killed and one man was wounded in a UAV attack on a truck on the Lugansk–Alchevsk highway (LPR).
🔺 A man was killed in a UAV attack on a truck in the Perevalsk Municipal District (LPR).
🔺 A 26-year-old driver was killed and a 25-year-old woman was hospitalized following a UAV strike on a passenger car on the Antratsit–Dolzhansky highway (LPR).
🔺 Twelve people were wounded—nine of them students at a technical college—following a UAV strike in Trubchevsk, Bryansk Region.
🔺 Eight Russian Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) personnel were wounded in a follow-up UAV attack in the Kuibyshevsky District of Donetsk (DPR).
