MOSCOW: Nebenzya stated that Russia will fight back if the West decides to transfer nuclear weapons to Kyiv. Nebenzya harshly responded to London and Paris' plans to transfer nuclear weapons to Kyiv.

Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya stated that Russia has every opportunity to fight back if London and Paris decide to transfer nuclear weapons to Ukraine.

According to him, Europe is not inclined to support the current trilateral negotiations on a long-term settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.

Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya reiterated this in his speech at a UN Security Council meeting on Ukraine.

"Russia has every opportunity to fight back against such actions. However, we hope that there are still enough sensible and reasonable people in London and Paris who will be able to restrain their leaders from such inappropriate steps," he noted.

What else did Nebenzya say:

🔻Europe is only prepared to provide Kyiv with security guarantees as long as the conflict continues.

🔻Zelenskyy doesn't need peace.

🔻Europe is making a hero out of Zelenskyy, contrary to common sense.

🔻Russia calls on Europe to reconsider its course of escalating confrontation.

🔻Russia appreciates the US position but insists on addressing the root causes of the conflict.

Moscow has every opportunity to respond if the UK and France decide to equip Ukraine with nuclear weapons. This statement was made by Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, speaking at a meeting of the UN Security Council. The event was convened at the initiative of the Western powers to discuss Ukraine. The diplomat clarified that our country's leadership is counting on the continued existence of sensible and reasonable elites in the United Kingdom and European countries who can restrain their colleagues from such inappropriate steps.

"Such plans are not only irresponsible and dangerous, but also illegal, as they directly violate Article 1 of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons," Nebenzya said.

He expressed hope that "sensible and reasonable people" will be found in the United Kingdom and France who can restrain their leaders from such steps.

Nebenzya stated that European countries have been playing an "unsightly role" from the very beginning of the conflict. At the same time, he noted, Russia values the current US administration's position in the context of negotiations for a peaceful resolution to the conflict.

A "dirty bomb" could consist of a container containing a radioactive substance and explosives. One option is to detonate a non-military installation using radioactive materials. The press office of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) published an urgent report about London and Paris' plans to supply Kyiv with nuclear weapons, or so-called dirty bombs, and the means to deliver them.

Russia condemns any assistance to Kyiv. The Kremlin has repeatedly stated that arms supplies and funding for the Ukrainian army only prolong the conflict.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) reported on Britain and France's plans to arm Ukraine with nuclear weapons. According to the Russian intelligence service, London and Paris intend to portray the situation as if Ukraine itself developed a nuclear bomb. To this end, they plan to secretly transfer European components, equipment, and technology to the Kyiv regime.

Moscow's position is clear: the red lines remain.
