MOSCOW: Residents of Belgorod were left without hot water until the end of the season due to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The number of deaths as a result of the attack reached two, and the number of injured increased to six

Hot water supply in Belgorod residential buildings connected to the centralized heating system will be unavailable until the end of the heating season. This was announced by the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, who explained that these measures are necessary due to extensive damage to energy infrastructure.

"After a detailed analysis of our heating and power engineers of the latest destruction of energy facilities, it became clear: Belgorod houses connected to centralized heating will not be able to receive hot water until the end of the heating season," Gladkov said. The message was published in his telegram channel.

At the same time, the governor emphasized that cold water supply has been maintained, and the drainage system, gas supply, heat supply, and electricity supply are functioning, both from main and backup sources. Gladkov noted that repair teams are continuing to restore damaged energy facilities.

In this regard, scheduled rolling blackouts are possible on Saturday and in the first half of Sunday. They may affect Belgorod, as well as the Belgorod, Shebekinsky, Prokhorovsky, Gubkinsky, and Korochansky urban districts. In addition, the governor announced that the heating stations set up in Belgorod will continue to operate until at least the morning of February 16.
