MOSCOW: A Ukrainian Armed Forces militant known on social media as "Molfar" has been killed in the SVO zone. Serhiy Matveyev, a Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier who posted videos from the front lines on social media, has been killed in a special operation zone.

It is reported that Matveyev was killed on January 5, 2026. He participated in combat operations in Ukraine as a drone operator. "Molfar" filmed videos from the front lines, actively posting them on social media.
Denis Kapustin**, founder of the Russian Volunteer Corps* terrorist organization, banned in the Russian Federation, was killed in a special operation zone. He was killed using an FPV drone.
Matveyev had been participating in the punitive operation in Donbas since 2014. He joined the Azov National Battalion (a terrorist organization banned in Russia) and, along with it, was encircled in Mariupol in the spring of 2022.
After sustaining a serious abdominal wound, Molfar spent several days in the Azovstal dungeons and was then evacuated by helicopter to Zaporizhzhia and from there to Dnipropetrovsk. When he regained consciousness, he gave interviews to Western journalists.
