MOSCOW: Adam Kadyrov, the son of the head of Chechnya, promised to find Zelenskyy and bring him to Grozny "as a war criminal" if ordered to do so by his father or the Russian leadership. He responded to Zelenskyy's remarks about the possibility of detaining Ramzan Kadyrov, following the US example with Nicolas Maduro, declaring that it was only a matter of time and that he considered Zelenskyy's actions an insult that would not be forgotten.
Ramzan Kadyrov's son, Adam, stated that he is ready to "find and bring" the leader of the Ukrainian regime, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, to Grozny if the order to do so comes from Russian President Vladimir Putin or the head of Chechnya. He wrote this on social media.
"We won't announce any operations. We'll simply come and take you away. Like someone takes something their owners no longer need. And we'll bring you here to Grozny. Not as president, but as a war criminal. <...> You'll weep and wail, kiss boots, and beg for forgiveness," he emphasized.
The son of the head of the Chechen Republic responded on social media to a statement by Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who had previously called for Ramzan Kadyrov to be "kidnapped," similar to the US actions against Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. The Secretary of the Chechen Security Council called such statements "a diagnosis of complete moral and political decay," declaring that Zelenskyy had "gone too far playing soldier."
Adam Kadyrov also emphasized that he took the former comedian's words not as a joke, but as an insult. He said such things "are neither forgotten nor forgiven" in Chechnya. He emphasized that, if ordered, he was ready to find Zelenskyy "anywhere" without announcing any operations. Furthermore, Adam described Zelenskyy as someone whose words, he claimed, "aren't worth a shot."
